- Receive reimbursement – We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days via PayPal
Please allow additional processing time for reimbursement depending on your location and banking institution.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Reporting Lost Parcels
If your tracking information shows your parcel as "Delivered" but you haven't received it:
