  2. Save your receipt – Request a copy of the duty payment receipt from the carrier
  3. Contact us for reimbursement – Email your receipt to contact@layzal.com with your order number
  4. Receive reimbursement – We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days via PayPal

Please allow additional processing time for reimbursement depending on your location and banking institution.


LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Reporting Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows your parcel as "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  2. Contact the courier – Reach out to DHL, FedEx, or your carrier within 5 working days from the delivery date

Lost Orders & Refunds

RESCHEDULING & DELIVERY ISSUES

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept delivery and request the courier return your parcel:

  • Your parcel will be considered lost or destroyed
  • We cannot process a return of the refused shipment
  • To return an item you've received, you must accept the delivery first, then follow our standard return process

INCORRECT ADDRESS DELIVERIES
